If this is your first time in our office, please select the Initial Visit that best describes you. For all adults (18 and over), please select Adult Initial Visit. For minors (under 18) please select Pediatric Initial Visit. For a new practice member who is currently pregnant, please select Pregnancy Initial Visit.

For all current practice members, please select Spinal Check.

Cancellation policy: If you no call, no show your initial appointment, you will be charged the full price.

Pricing update: All initial visits will be $85 starting July 1st no matter when your initial visit was scheduled.
